Cancellation Policy
Antenatal Class Cancellation & Refund Policy: 1. Cancellations by the Participant - More than 14 days’ notice: A full refund will be provided, or the booking can be transferred to another available class date free of charge. - 7–14 days’ notice: A 50% refund will be provided, or the booking may be transferred to another available class date (one transfer permitted). - Less than 7 days’ notice: No refund is available. You may transfer your booking to another date only if a replacement participant fills your spot. 2. Non-Attendance If you do not attend the class without prior notice, no refund or transfer will be provided. 3. Rescheduling by the Provider In the rare event that a class must be rescheduled or cancelled by the provider (e.g., illness, venue issues, unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered: - A transfer to the next available class date, or - A full refund. 4. Medical or Pregnancy-Related Reasons If you are unable to attend due to a medical issue or pregnancy-related complication, please notify us as soon as possible. A transfer or partial refund may be offered at the provider’s discretion. Supporting documentation may be requested. 5. Private Home Classes - Private class bookings require a $100 deposit. - Cancellations or date changes within 7 days of the scheduled class will result in the deposit being forfeited. - Rescheduling outside the 7-day period can be arranged subject to availability. 6. Transfers Transfers may only be made once per booking unless exceptional circumstances apply. 7. Processing Time Refunds are usually processed within 10–14 business days, in line with payment provider timelines.
